Roadtest Ltd. was founded in May 1996 as direct results of the
North American Free Trade Agreement. Canadian carriers received
easier access to the U.S. destinations, as long as they complied
with the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
Roadtest Ltd. associated itself
with major Canadian Third Party Administrators and Canada's Provincial
Trucking Association, Canadian Motor Carrier consortium and National
Laboratories accredited by the Standards Council of Canada and
the United States Department of Transportation.
